# The Transport for London (Specified Activities) Order 2000, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order provides that Transport for London is not to carry on any of the activities specified in the Schedule, except through a subsidiary company or a company which Transport for London has formed or joined with others in forming under section 156(1) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999.
