# The Transport Infrastructure (Fees) Regulations 2026, Paragraph 2


In this Schedule—
“local authority in England” has the meaning given in paragraph 2 of Schedule 1;
“local authority in Wales” means—
(a) a county council in Wales;
(b) a county borough council;
(c) a National Park authority.
