  "text": "In the event of any alteration in the boundaries of Greater London, the Minister may by order, which shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament, make any modifications to any of the provisions of this Act which appear to him to be necessary or expedient in consequence of that alteration.",
