# Transport (Scotland) Act 2001, Section 42: Traffic regulation conditions to reduce or limit noise or air pollution


In subsection (4) of section 7 of the 1985 Act (reasons for which traffic regulation conditions may be determined)—
(a) the word “or” immediately after paragraph (a) is repealed; and
(b) after paragraph (b) there shall be inserted
“; or
(c) reduce or limit noise or air pollution.”.
