  "heading": "Offence of obstructing inspections",
  "text": "(1) A person commits an offence if the person—\n(a) without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with a requirement of an authorised person, or\n(b) intentionally obstructs an authorised person in the exercise of a power conferred by section 18A(1) or by virtue of section 18F.\n(2) A person who commits an offence under subsection (1) is liable—\n(a) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum,\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to a fine.",
