  "text": "In section 41 of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 2) (Bus User Complaints Tribunal)—\n(a) in subsection (7), for “local” in both places where it occurs, there is substituted “ bus ”;\n(b) after that subsection there is inserted—\n“(8) In subsection (7) above, “bus service” means—\n(a) a local bus service; or\n(b) a service which—\n(i) uses one or more public service vehicles for the carriage of passengers by road at separate fares;\n(ii) operates between places at least one of which is in Scotland; and\n(iii) is not a local service.”.",
