  "text": "(1) Section 46 of the 1990 Act (interpretation of Part 3) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), insert the following definitions at the appropriate places—\n““address”, in relation to electronic communications, means any number or address used for the purposes of such communications,”;\n““electronic communication” has the same meaning as in the Electronic Communications Act 2000 (c. 7),”.",
