# The Transport Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2001, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 20th December 2001
Coming into force 4th February 2002
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 11(1) of Schedule 4 to the Transport Act 1985, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, makes the following Rules:
