  "text": "In the Arrangement of Rules:\n(a) after Part II, the following shall be inserted:\n“PART IIA\nApplications in relation to a stay in Driving Instructor Appeals\nApplication of Part IIA\n10A\nMethod of applying\n10B\nContents of notice\n10C\nAction on receipt of application\n10D\nDecision of the Tribunal\n10E\n”; and\n(b) after Part IV, the following shall be inserted:\n“PART IVA\nDriving Instructor Appeals\nApplication of Part IVA\n18A\nMethod of appealing\n18B\nAction on receipt of appeal\n18C\nSupply of information and documents\n18D\nReduction of time\n18E\n”.",
