# The Transport Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2002, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 11th March 2002
Coming into force 1st April 2002
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 11(1) and (2)(d) of Schedule 4 to the Transport Act 1985, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, makes the following Rules:
