Article 16 Application of Part IV
(1)
Rules 17 and 18 apply to any dispute to be determined by the Tribunal under section 94 of the Postal Services Act 2000.
(2)
Rules 20 to 38 apply to applications to the Tribunal under this Part of these Rules.
