Article 18 Answer

(1)

Within 14 days from service of a notice in accordance with rule 17(3), the relevant party shall serve on the Tribunal an answer:

(a)

stating which facts are admitted and which are rejected; and

(b)

setting out any further facts on which he proposes to rely.

(2)

The secretary shall serve a copy of the answer on the applicant and on each other party.
