# The Transport Tribunal Rules 2000, Article 2: Citation, commencement and transitional provisions


These Rules shall not apply to proceedings in which an application or appeal is made before 1st January 2001 and those proceedings shall be subject to the Transport Tribunal Rules 1986 as if they had not been revoked.
