  "text": "(1) The traffic commissioner and any party shall comply with any request in writing by the Tribunal to deliver to it any document within their power or control.\n(2) The secretary may supply copies of any documents obtained under paragraph (1) to the parties and any such copy document shall be used only for the purposes of the case.",
