  "text": "(1) This section applies to an order made by the Assembly under this Act.\n(2) The power to make the order is exercisable by statutory instrument.\n(3) The order—\n(a) may make different provision for different purposes;\n(b) may include incidental, supplemental, consequential, saving or transitional provision.",
