# The Travel Concessions (Eligible Services) (Amendment) Order 2009, Introduction: Introductory text

The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 94(4) of the Transport Act 1985 and sections 146 and 160(1) of the Transport Act 2000.
