FEES AND CHARGES
Made 4th March 2004
Laid before Parliament 10th March 2004
Coming into force 1st April 2004
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 27 and 166 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 and section 56 of the Finance Act 1973, and with the approval of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:
