Coming into force 1st April 2005
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 27(1) and 166(3) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 and section 56(1) of the Finance Act 1973, and with the approval of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:
