  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nSection 33 of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 gives power in some circumstances to a court to make travel restriction orders in relation to offenders convicted of drug trafficking offences.\nSection 37 of the Act provides that a travel restriction order made in relation to any person shall not prevent that person being removed from the United Kingdom under a prescribed removal power. This Order designates prescribed removal powers for the purposes of that section.",
