  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Travellers’ Allowances (Amendment) Order 2008 and comes into force on 1st December 2008.\n(2) The changes it makes only have effect where the person in question enters the United Kingdom on 1st December 2008 or later (see articles 2(1) and 2(2) of the Travellers’ Allowances Order 1994 – traveller from outside European Community’s value added tax or excise area).",
