# Treason Act 1708, Section V: Persons convicted of High Treason, &c. in Scotland, liable as in England.


And . . . all Persons convicted . . . of High Treason or Misprision of High Treason in Scotland shall be subject and liable to the same . . . Penalties . . . as Persons convicted . . . of High Treason or Misprision of High Treason in England
