TREASURE
Made 12th March 1997
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 15(2) of the Treasure Act 1996, hereby makes the following Order:

## 1 

This Order may be cited as the Treasure Act 1996 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1997.

## 2 

Section 11 of the Treasure Act 1996 shall come into force on 13th March 1997.
