Regulation 1 Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Treasury Bills (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 15th November 1999.

(2)

Nothing in these Regulations shall have effect in relation to any Treasury bill issued before the commencement of these Regulations.
