# The Treasury Solicitor (Crown’s Nominee) Rules 1997, Article 5: Unclaimed grants


The period fixed for the purposes of section 4(3) of the Treasury Solicitor Act 1876 (period after which unclaimed grants may be paid to the Crown’s Nominee Account) shall be three years from the date of grant.
