Made 3rd December 1997
Laid before Parliament 4th December 1997
Coming into force 1st January 1998
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 4 and 5 of the Treasury Solicitor Act 1876 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Rules—
