# The Treatment of Spruce Bark (Amendment) Order 2002, Article 1: Title, extent and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Treatment of Spruce Bark (Amendment) Order 2002, shall apply to England and Wales and shall come into force on 5th March 2002.
