Coming into force 5th March 2002
The Forestry Commissioners, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 3(1) to (4) of the Plant Health Act 1967 as read with section 20 of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1972, hereby make the following Order:
