  "text": "COINAGE\nMade 7th June 1990\nComing into force 8th June 1990\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 7th day of June 1990\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in pursuance of section 8(2) and (3) of the Coinage Act 1971 and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
