  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations.)\nThese Regulations amend the Tribunal Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995 (“the principal Regulations”).\nRegulation 3 of the Regulations amends regulation 8 of the principal Regulations to enable a practitioner to make a written statement-in-answer in response to the Tribunal when he has been notified that an application has been made to it for his suspension.\nRegulation 5 revokes regulation 19 of the principal Regulations.\nThe Regulations also make minor and consequential amendments to the principal Regulations (Regulations 2 and 4).",
