# The Tribunal Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2009, Rule 11: Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008


In rule 10 (orders for costs)—
(a) in paragraph (1)—
(i) for “referred by or on appeal from” substitute “transferred or referred by, or on appeal from,”; and
(ii) in sub-paragraph (a) for “on appeal from” substitute “transferred by, or on appeal from,”; and
(b) in paragraph (3), omit sub-paragraph (b).
