# The Tribunal Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2009, Rule 16: Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008


In rule 22 (decision in relation to permission to appeal) after paragraph (3)(a)(ii) insert—
“(iia) the General Regulatory Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal;”.
