# The Tribunal Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2009, Rule 21: Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008


In rule 40 (decisions)—
(a) in paragraph (3) for “14(2) (withholding harmful information)” substitute “14(11) (prevention of disclosure or publication of documents and information)”; and
(b) in paragraph (4) before “Tribunal” insert “Upper”.
