  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules amend the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008, Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (Procedure) Rules 2005 and Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (Fast track Procedure) Rules 2005.\nRules 3 to 22 of these Rules make amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 to reflect the transfer of functions of the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal in the Transfer of Functions of the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal Order 2010.\nRules 24 and 25 make minor amendments to the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (Procedure) Rules 2005, and rules 27 and 28 to the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (Fast track Procedure) Rules 2005 as amended by the Transfer of Asylum and Immigration Tribunal Functions Order 2010.",
