  "text": "In rule 24(2) (response to the notice of appeal)—\n(a) for paragraph (a) substitute—\n“(a) if an application for permission to appeal stands as the notice of appeal, no later than one month after the date on which the respondent was sent notice that permission to appeal had been granted;”;\n(b) after paragraph (a) omit “or”; and\n(c) insert—\n“(aa) in a fast-track case, one day before the hearing of the appeal; or”.",
