  "text": "Tribunals And Inquiries\nMade 13th March 2013\nLaid before Parliament 14th March 2013\nComing into force 1st April 2013\nThe Tribunal Procedure Committee has made the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of and Schedule 5 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 and section 133(3) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, having consulted in accordance with paragraph 28(1) of Schedule 5 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.\nThe Lord Chancellor has allowed the Rules in accordance with paragraph 28(3) of that Schedule to that Act.",
