Article 10 Amendment to the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (General Regulatory Chamber) Rules 2009

In rule 22 (the notice of appeal) after paragraph (6)(c) insert—

“(cc)

in an appeal under section 57(4) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000^f1 as it applies by reason of regulation 19 of the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015^f2, within 28 days of the latest date by which the public sector body is required to comply with section 50(4) of that Act.”.
