  "text": "In rule 41 (decision in bail proceedings)—\n(a) for paragraph (2) substitute—\n“(2) Where bail is granted or varied, the notice must state—\n(a) when the grant of bail commences;\n(b) any bail conditions, including any amounts payable under a financial condition; and\n(c) the information required under rule 42.”;\n(b) in paragraph (3) for “forfeiture of the recognizance” substitute “payment of a sum under a financial condition”;\n(c) omit paragraph (4).",
