# The Tribunal Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2017, Article 24: Amendment to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) (Lands Chamber) Rules 2010


In rule 10 (orders for costs) after paragraph (6)(d) insert—
“;
(e) under Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003; and
(f) under the Riot Compensation Act 2016”.
