# The Tribunal Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2017, Article 25: Amendment to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) (Lands Chamber) Rules 2010


Insert before rule 27 (application of Part 5)—
“Interpretation
26A. In this Part, “reference” includes—
(a) proceedings under Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003; and
(b) proceedings under the Riot Compensation Act 2016.”.
