Article 3 Citation and commencement
Insofar as they relate to proceedings under Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003f1, rules 22 to 25 come into force on the day on which, and immediately after, section 4 of and Schedule 1 to the Digital Economy Act 2017f2 come into force.
