  "text": "(1) Rule 10(4) (orders for costs) of the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier) (General Regulatory Chamber) Rules 2009 is amended as follows.\n(2) At the end of sub-paragraph (a) omit “or”.\n(3) At the end of sub-paragraph (b) omit the full stop and insert—\n“; or\n(c) notice under rule 17(8) that the proceedings have been treated as withdrawn.”.",
