# The Tribunal Procedure (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2022, Rule 3: Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber) Rules 2008


(1) The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber) Rules 2008 are amended as follows.
(2) In rule 37(1) (time and place of hearings) for “7” substitute “10”.
