Regulation 5 Amendment to the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) Rules 2014

The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) Rules 2014f1 are amended as follows.

In rule 39(1) (bail hearings) after “paragraph 11 of Schedule 10” insert “to the 2016 Act”f2.
