  "text": "(1) The Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 are amended as follows.\n(2) After rule 47 (review of a decision in proceedings under the Forfeiture Act 1982), insert—\n“Power to treat an application as a different type of application”\n48. The Tribunal may treat an application for a decision to be corrected, set aside or reviewed, or for permission to appeal against a decision, as an application for any other one of those things.”.",
