Rule 26 Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber) Rules 2008

In rule 24 (entitlement to attend a hearing), for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)

in a special educational needs case or a disability discrimination in schools case brought by a parent of a child, the child is entitled to attend a hearing and the Tribunal may permit the child to give evidence and to address the Tribunal.”
