  "text": "In the Schedule (cases in which time for providing the application notice is within three months etc)—\n(a) omit the second and the fourth entries in the Schedule;\n(b) at the end of the Schedule insert the following entry—\n“An appeal under section 129(1) of the Education and Skills Act 2008 (appeal against a decision to give, or not to vary or revoke, a direction prohibiting or restricting a person from taking part in the management of an independent educational institution).”",
