In rule 1(3) (interpretation)—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (b)(v) of the definition of “interested person”, for “paragraph 8 or 9” substitute “paragraph 7B or 8B”f1;
(b)
in of the definition of “residential property case”, after “under” insert “the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960f2,”.
