# The Tribunal Procedure (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2014, Rule 38: Saving for cases relating to special educational needs or disability discrimination in schools


The amendments made by rules 19 to 27 have no effect in relation to—
(a) appeals brought under the Education Act 1996; or
(b) claims brought under the Equality Act 2010 before 1st September 2014.
