# The Tribunal Procedure (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2014, Rule 5: Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008


In rule 5(4) (case management powers)—
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (a) insert “or”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (b)—
(i) omit “there are exceptional circumstances which suggest that”;
(ii) at the end of that sub-paragraph omit “: or”;
(c) omit sub-paragraph (c).
