# The Tribunal Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2009, Rule 18: Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008


In rule 29(2) (acknowledgment of service)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a), after “intends to” insert “support or”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (b), after “grounds for any” insert “support or”.
